Services and Fees

  • I offer therapy services for children, teens and adults. Services are offered virtually for Maryland residents with limited availability for in person appointments in Ellicott City!

    Intake Session with Diagnostic Evaluation (90791): $225

    Individual Session (90834 or 90837): $175

    Family or Parent Session (Includes PCIT) (90846 or 90847): $200

    Brave Haven Therapy is in network with all Blue Cross/ Blue Shield insurance plans. For out of network clients superbills can be provided upon request for reimbursement. Learn more about reimbursement for therapy services here.

    If you are unable to receive insurance reimbursement and the full service fee would create financial hardship, please contact us for information on sliding scale fees.

  • I offer skills based groups and individual coaching to promote growth in therapy, or provide additional support if formal therapy services are not needed.

    Parent/ Caregiver Coaching

    Parent coaching may be helpful if additional support is needed in managing your child’s behaviors if they are not secondary to a mental health condition or as an adjunct to individual therapy. Parent coaching fees cannot be reimbursed by insurance as they are not considered medically necessary.

    Initial Parent Coaching Session: $175 for 50 minute session

    Follow up Parent Coaching: $150 for 50 minute sessions

    • These fees reflect parent coaching with one parent or caregiver. Coaching session which includes more than one caregiver may include additional fees. Contact me for more information!

    Group Support

    Brave Haven offers the following groups:

    Social Skills Group- Ages 9-11

    Teen Social Anxiety Group

    Supportive Parenting for Anxiety

    These services may be able to be reimbursed by insurance. Fees are dependent on group and are available on request.

    I accept clients for groups on a rolling basis. Please complete the contact form if you are interested in any groups.

  • I am a Board Approved Supervisor and am available for individual supervision. I am also hoping to offer a peer consultation group in the future. Please complete the contact form if you are interested in either individual or group supervision.
